The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to major malls and easily accessible from the airport. the rooms are comfortable and have smart designs. the breakfast buffet is adequate and offers a decent variety of options.

Some aspects of the hotel can be improved, such as better maintenance of the rooms and higher cleanliness standards in the bathrooms.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The facilities were fantastic, and the location was very convenient - close to the airport and shopping malls.

The location was great, close to the main attractions. the breakfast buffet was good and varied. the room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds.

The hotel lacks basic amenities like a gym, pool or more TV channels. Some areas of the hotel were not properly cleaned, and we found stains on the sheets.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that offered a variety of local dishes as well as some western options. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance and recommendations for local attractions.

The hotel did have a few downsides. The location was a bit far from the city center and public transportation, making it difficult to explore the area without a car or taxi.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at Grand Viveana. We were impressed with the efficient check-in process, especially considering our late arrival.
